Laurie Lundeen, an affiliate agent with the Coldwell Banker Realty, Green Valley office, has been named one of the top real estate agents in Arizona by the REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals report.
America’s Best, published by REAL Trends and Tom Ferry International, separately ranked the most productive agents and teams in each state by their closed sales volume and transaction sides in 2019. Lundeen achieved the No. 4 spot in Arizona based on attaining 161 closed transactions in 2019 and No. 13 based on $35,484,820 in closed sales volume in 2019.

According to REAL Trends, agents and teams who achieved a place among America’s Best were among the top half of 1% of 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States. Nearly 14,000 real estate agents and teams from across the country were featured in America’s Best. To qualify for this elite list, individual agents had to achieve or exceed 50 transactions or $20 million in sales volume for 2019. Most recently, REAL Trends ranked Lundeen No. 70 on the list of the Top 250 real estate agents in the U.S. based on achieving 161 closed transaction sides in 2019. She ranked No. 1 based on gross commission income for 2019 among sales associates/representatives throughout Arizona in the Coldwell Banker® system. She was also named to Coldwell Banker Realty’s International Society of Excellence. Last year, Lundeen earned the distinguished achievement of being ranked among the Top 250 real estate agents in the United States, as announced in the 2019 REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal.
