Coldwell Banker Realty has welcomed local celebrity Kristi Tedesco to its Tucson/Foothills office as an affiliate agent. For nearly 13 years, she served as the news anchor and child advocate on KVOA News 4 Tucson.
“I grew up in Tucson and adore what the area has to offer homeowners. I love people, and I don't like to compromise on ethics and morals, so real estate mirrors my belief system perfectly,” said Tedesco. “Coldwell Banker has a stellar reputation locally and internationally, and I knew it was the right fit for me like you know when you try on your wedding dress. I just knew I was home with Jim Bowman and the Foothills team.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, Tedesco was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Focus HR Inc. where she worked with local business owners/operators to find the best payroll, human resources and employee benefits solutions for their company's needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in media arts from the University of Arizona. Passionate about helping others, her investigative reporting inspired state lawmakers to pass half a dozen child welfare reform laws in Arizona. Through her charitable organization, Kristi's Kids, she helped raise nearly $7 million worth of goods and services for local children and families, including thousands of free swim lessons, pool fences and car seats. In partnership with the Tucson Association of REALTORS®, Kristi's Kids also helped gather much-needed school supplies for under-paid educators in various school districts throughout Southern Arizona. As an agent in Southern Arizona, Tedesco is determined to keep pool safety a priority because she almost lost her youngest son, Connor to a near drowning. She’s also expanded her interests by joining Tucson’s Circle of Red, Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of the American Heart Association.
