The award is presented to the top affiliated real estate professionals under the age of 30 who have achieved success in sales, philanthropy and leadership. No stranger to success, Rodriguez is a member and the operations manager of The Smith Group, which has been ranked No. 1 in Newport Beach from 2011 to 2019, No. 1 Team in California for Coldwell Banker and Realogy Brokerage Group, No. 2 Team in the Nation for Coldwell Banker and Realogy Brokerage Group as well as No. 12 Team in the Nation by Real Trends & Wall Street Journal for 2019 and consistently in the top 20 for the last three years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior from the University of California, Irvine and is fluent in English and Spanish as well as conversational in Portuguese and American Sign Language. A former foster youth, she enjoys serving children in the foster care system.
