Diane Marzonie, an affiliate agent with the Foothills office of Coldwell Banker Realty, has been named the 2021 President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR). She received her real estate license and became a member of the Association in 2004.
“This next year will be a significant year for TAR because it’s our 100-year celebration, so I am excited to celebrate our legacy while planning for the next 100 years,” said Marzonie. “I believe that our members can see my dedication to not only our industry but to our real estate community. I will do all I can to live up to their expectations. That is why my platform for 2021 is ‘Stronger Together.’ We all have lived through a crazy year. I believe that we will continue to play a huge role in our community. It’s imperative that we remind the public what value we have as REALTORS®. We also need to be professional and kind to each other.”
With 16 years of real estate experience, Marzonie serves the greater Tucson areas. Most recently, she earned the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and earned a Residential Real Estate Council designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers, from the Residential Real Estate Council.
Active in her community, she currently serves a Director on the Arizona Association of REALTORS® board of directors and served as TAR’s Charitable Foundation President in 2018, co-chair communications committee in 2019 and as member of the charitable foundation board of directors from 2015 to 2018 for the organization. She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS® as well as the Immediate Past Vice President of public relations for Roadrunners Toastmaster Club 3850.
No stranger to success, she has been named to Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society and Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society as well as received the Outstanding Service Award from Tucson Association of REALTORS®, the Powered by Zip Team LIONS Award, the Axiom Financial MVP 2016 award and the Coldwell Banker Home Loans MVP award.
