Wes Waddle has associated with the Sun City West RH Johnson office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. He has been a real estate instructor through the Arizona Department of Real Estate since 2009, teaching about real estate legal issues and the national code of ethics.

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, he was an agent with eXp Realty. Through the Mortgage Bankers Association, he is a Certified Mortgage Banker and an Accredited Mortgage Professional and has spent 25 years as a mortgage banker. In addition to being a Certified Flight Instructor, he holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with an emphasis in music and English as well as post-graduate degrees in religion and theology. Active in his community, he is a lieutenant colonel with the Arizona Civil Air Patrol and a member of the Sun City Midweek Bell Lions Club. Furthermore, he is the author of Overqualified/Underqualified: What Will Your Education (and Life Experience) Be Worth to You? and started Qualified Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit, which trains high school students on how to become real estate agents.
