He is a GIS consultant and project manager for the California High-Speed Rail project in California. He holds an associate degree and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology and has 45 years of experience in civil engineering and real estate land development. Passionate about helping others, he donates to St. Mary's food bank and volunteers with The Phoenix Rescue Mission.
