“My father was a contractor, so I spent my summers and weekends working on job sites doing renovations and new builds. As a business operator, I always had my finger on the pulse of the residential market, keeping up with development and costs,” said Scavo. “When I decided to retire from the restaurant business, real estate was a natural choice.
