Before that, she had a successful career in the high-tech industry at SAP SuccessFactors and held senior leadership positions for 20 years in Fortune 100 companies and in technology start-ups in human resources operations and talent management such as Intel, Cisco, Globalfoundries and Vmware. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and human resources management from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Passionate about helping others, she has been involved in youth and children’s work for many years in various churches in the U.S. and Ireland and has served as chair for the board of directors of a non-profit organization that allows disadvantaged children and young adults to be part of a touring performing arts group.
