Luxury Ambassador Jade Mills, Beverly Hills’ leading real estate professional, has again ranked No. 1 among top real estate agents in California based on attaining $471,474,997 in closed sales volume in 2020 by the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals report. She also ranked No. 1 among all 96,000 Coldwell Banker® sales professionals throughout the United States.
“I can’t think of another agent who has shattered sales records and achieved as much as Jade has,” said Jamie Duran, president of Coldwell Banker Realty Southern California. “We are so proud of her and congratulate her on this well-deserved honor.”
The REAL Trends America’s Best ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout each state who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2020. The individual rankings are divided into categories based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent had to close at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2020. For real estate teams, the minimum was 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. See the full list of winners here: https://www.realtrends.com/americas-best/#view
The ranking was announced in the 2021 RealTrends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal and is based on closed sales volume in 2020. Mills was recently featured on the cover of the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the most influential people in LA and is consistently named a “Showbiz Real Estate Elite” by Variety. She also is consistently recognized by Coldwell Banker with the Society of Excellence Award, which fewer than 1% of affiliated agents nationwide earn.
Mills is known for sales records. In 2019, she broke a record for the highest sale in the State of California when she sold The Spelling Manor at $119.7 million. She had previously set the same record when she exclusively represented the buyer of the Playboy Mansion in 2016 for $100 million. She is close to achieving $7 billion in real estate transactions as an individual agent in fewer than 25 years. She is currently a board member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of Governors at Cedars-Sinai. The Aviva Foundation has honored her for her support, charitable work and continuous effort to improve the foundation.
