Coldwell Banker Realty has welcomed Al LaPeter and Sandy Kantor of Team Al and Sandy to its Oro Valley/Marana office as affiliate agents. They come to the office with a combined five decades of experience and service in the real estate industry

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, they were agents with Long Realty, where they were members of the 1926 Circle of Excellence Platinum Level, the highest recognition level, Vice President’s Members of the Executive Council and members of the Luxury Forum for the brokerage. Since moving to Tucson in 2014, they have been ranked in the Top 1% of all 6,500 agents in Tucson since the end of their first full year in the area. Active in their community, they have supported the Tucson Museum of Contemporary Art, Tucson Museum of Art and Stone Canyon Foundation.
Shortly after beginning his career in real estate, Al LaPeter started a brokerage in Southern California that he grew to eight offices and over 800 agents working under his broker’s license. After moving to Sun Valley, Idaho, he took over a brokerage and turned it into a powerhouse in the Valley. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Business Administration, he earned the following designations: Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI).
Before earning her residential real estate license in Idaho and later in Arizona, Sandy Kantor worked as an attorney handling real estate matters in San Francisco and as a member of a real estate commercial development and syndication group. After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors, a Juris Doctor degree while in the top 2% of her class and practicing law in San Francisco, she also was able to found the National Philanthropic Fund. With nearly 20 years of residential real estate experience, she holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
