Luxury Ambassador Jade Mills, Beverly Hills’ leading real estate professional, has ranked No. 1 for Coldwell Banker Realty Southern California based on volume by individuals in the RealTrends 2022 The Thousand List. This ranking places Mills within “the top one-tenth of 1% of more than 1.4 million licensed Realtors® nationwide,” per RealTrends. Last year, she ranked No. 6 nationwide according to RealTrends.
In 2021, Mills was named to Inman’s Golden I Hall of Fame, which honors professionals who consistently push the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry. Most recently, she ranked No. 1 among top real estate agents in California based on closed sales volume in 2020 by the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals report. The RealTrends The Thousand ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2020. The individual rankings are divided into two top 250 categories, based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent had to close at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2020. For real estate teams, the minimum was 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. Teams are ranked by closed transaction sides and closed sales volume, divided by the sizes small, medium, large and mega.
