Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona has named Jonathan Hayward the regional vice president for the Phoenix area. His offices will include Sedona and Village of Oak Creek, Prescott and Prescott Valley, Biltmore, Scottsdale 101, Sun City Bell and Sun City Surprise. JJ Swanson, who previously oversaw the entire market, will now focus on the Scottsdale North, Fountain Hills, Havasu, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Carefree and Goodyear/Litchfield offices of Coldwell Banker Realty. Jim Bowman will continue to oversee the Tucson market as district manager.
