Top-producing agent Roddy de la Garza has left Redfin to affiliate with the Studio City office of Coldwell Banker Realty. Boasting a vast background in real estate, marketing and home staging, he has averaged a home sale every five days and completed over 670 transactions totaling over $270 million in sales since 2014.

In 2017, de la Garza opened the Palm Springs office for Redfin and will now support clients in both the Los Angeles and Palm Springs metro areas for Coldwell Banker Realty. He held Redfin’s highest recognition as a Principal Agent and was again named a “Real Estate All-Star” by LA Magazine in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV/Film production from the University of Texas at Austin as well as the following designations: Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Coldwell Banker Luxury Home Specialist.

Roddy de la Garza and his husband own Immaculate Concepts & Intelligent Design, a successful home-staging company that has staged over 200 homes in both Los Angeles and Riverside counties. They are members of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).
A passionate advocate for individual rights, he is a Human Rights Campaign member and serves on the Federal Club Committee.
