She holds two business degrees in real estate and finance. A licensed broker and REALTOR® for over 20 years, she is a Level One Cartus Network Certified Agent (CNCA). At Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate (CBPRE), she successfully managed four of their 13 branches and was the corporate advisor for the company. In 2009, she was recruited to NAI Global as a senior vice president.
With over fifty million dollars in real estate sales, Amy Meredith, who has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker since 1999, is a certified Global Luxury Property Sales Agent for Coldwell Banker International. She is the winner of both the International Diamond Society and Sterling Society from Coldwell Banker for her superior sales achievement. Originally from Palos Verdes Estates, she moved to the Central Coast in 1989 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1999. Specializing in the residential sale and resale of horse property, commercial property, farm and land property, luxury homes, investment and vacation rentals, her sales include properties in San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, Paso Robles, Templeton, Cayucos, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Oceano, Cambria and all of San Luis Obispo County.
A certified Luxury Property Specialist, Jennifer Grinager holds a license as a therapist and is trained as a mediator. With an 18-year career as an agent with Coldwell Banker, she has served the entire County of San Luis Obispo in Residential Sales. A resident of Central Coast since the 1970s, Brooke Townsend has been in real estate for over 30 years and involved in hundreds of transactions. She is the recipient of both the International Diamond Society and the Sterling Society Awards from Coldwell Banker for her top production. She holds a degree in agriculture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and specializes in equestrian properties, agricultural land, luxury homes, residential and investment properties throughout San Luis Obispo County. She is a Luxury Property Specialist, a Level One Cartus Network Certified Agent and Realogy Military Rewards designated agent, plus she holds a Performance Management Network (PMN) designation. For the past five years, she has served as director on the Scenic Coast Board of REALTORS® with continued activity in the Professional Standards Committee and Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
After college, Jerissa Parkhurst worked in Silicon Valley during the .com boom at the largest online green community. With the desire to start a family, she and her husband moved to the central coast where she found her passion for real estate. The joy of helping everyone from the first-time home buyer to the seasoned investor became her focus. In 16.5 years of real estate, she has helped clients buy and sell everything from a mobile home in Santa Maria to historical homes in San Luis Obispo to single family homes in San Miguel. During her career, she has held various designations including being a relocation specialist and a CORT Destination Services Consultant. When not working, she spends times with her family, volunteering in the community and currently serves as the Parents Association president at Almond Acres Charter Academy.
