Nelson Coburn attributes his discipline to serving in the Marine Corps for over 21 years, his real estate passion to buying his first home at only 23 years old, and his generous "Aloha" spirit to being raised in beautiful Hawaii. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kyla Jackson spent the majority of her young adult life fishing and working on construction projects with her grandfather. During her childhood, her grandfather would give her math questions relating to money and teach her about the importance of investing at a young age, seeding her drive, analytical mindset and passion for knowledge and financial freedom. In 2014, she moved to California with her sons and husband, who is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. On top of volunteering as a family readiness assistant with the military base, she works as a lifestyle coach, training and educating on the importance of living a healthy and well-rounded active lifestyle.
A Texas native, Dr. Jose Flores lives in San Diego, California with his son. He serves the Southern California region as a professional REALTOR and the nation in the U.S. Marine Corps. He has served in the Marine Corps for over 14 years. Flores holds an Associate of Arts from Central Texas College, a bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in business administration from Ashford University and a doctorate from Grand Canyon University. Born and raised in the tri-state area of New York, Danielle Fox has been living in Southern California for the last eight years while serving her country in the U.S. Marine Corps. In addition to teaching her discipline, resilience and an unwavering work ethic, her experience as a Marine has enabled her to understand the importance of building and maintaining professional relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from Manhattan College and a Master in Business Administration from Webster University.
In 2005, Daniela Leon relocated with her mother to New Jersey from Colombia in pursuit of the American dream. In 2014, she enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps where she served for five years, working in the logistics field as a planner and leader. After retiring from the Marines, she moved to Vista, California, and graduated from MiraCosta College. Through her education, she found her passion for investing in real estate and began her career as a full-time real estate agent.
Born and raised in Fallbrook, California, a small town in North County San Diego, military life has been in Kayla Rosales’s family for generations as her grandfather and great-grandfather both served in the U.S. Marine Corps and her grandmother’s brothers and father served in the Navy as well. Her family’s military service encouraged her to help those who serve with their relocation needs to ensure their families are happy and comfortable after any transition.
