The Westlake Village Regional office of Coldwell Banker Realty is hosting its 7th annual Adopt-A-Dog event on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in conjunction with Coldwell Banker Realty’s national Homes for Dogs event. The event is being hosted in partnership with Mad Love Animal Rescue, Canine Adoption and Rescue League (C.A.R.L.) and Foxy and The Hounds and will be held at the Westlake Village Regional office, located at 883 S Westlake Blvd. in Westlake Village, Calif.
“On a national level Coldwell Banker’s Homes for Dogs Project has helped to find homes for thousands of dogs,” said Joanne MacDonald, branch manager of the Westlake Village Regional office of Coldwell Banker Realty. “Locally, our office jumped at the chance to host an annual adoption event to help some great local dogs find their loving fur-ever homes.”
Attendees are encouraged to donate throw blankets, towels, collars, harnesses, leashes, unopened pet food and treats as well as dog beds for the rescues. Also, monetary donations will be accepted with checks made out to one of the rescues noted above. All donations are being accepted before and on the day of the event.
At the event, attendees will be able to experience the following vendors and organizations: Holistic Pet Dental, JC Dog Accessories, Chloe’s Dog Portraits, Small & Order (bandanas & pouch-es), Play n Train, Holistic Veterinary Clinic Calabasas, Boots and Bubbles, Custom Dog & Cat Houses, and Valley Cat Rescue. The Westlake Village Regional office is also grateful for the special support for the event from Barks N’ Rec (Agoura Hills), Conejo Valley Veterinary, GP Motorsports and classic car owners.
