Patty Fusco has affiliated with the West Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an associate broker. She comes to the office with 17 years of real estate experience. Most recently, she was the owner and broker of Fusco Realty from 2009 to 2023. Before that, she retired from the Peoria School District.
