Cynthia Wilson has associated with the West Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. She comes to the office with 18 years of real estate experience and has been a top ten producer out of West USA and a multimillion-dollar producer.

In 2005, she started her real estate career as an agent, and in 2008, she became a managing broker for two Windermere offices in Gig Harbor, Wash. Around 2010, she opened a brokerage where she sold and managed properties as well as HOAs. In 2017, she moved to Peoria and became licensed in Arizona while maintaining her license in Washington State. Active in her community, she currently serves on the West Valley Chapter Council, diversity and equity and inclusion committee as well as the WeServ community involvement committee. She also helps fundraise for Parkinson’s and Courage Under Cancer.
