James "Jim" McDougall has associated with the Green Valley-Continental office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. Most recently, he retired from Pima County, where he was an information systems manager for over 13 years. Before that, he was a Naval Officer for 25 years, with a specialty in intelligence and a sub-specialty in information systems.
“As a career Navy man, I had the opportunity to move numerous times, which on several occasions meant buying and selling a home. The process was always part mystery, but I always appreciated the hard work of those people who helped my family and I survive the process,” said McDougall. “My wife, Debbie, is an agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker with over 23 years of real estate experience, so she has been a great mentor.”
He holds a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical engineering technology from Arizona State University, a Master of Science in information systems management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the Air War College. He currently volunteers several hours per week with the local Presbyterian Church in Green Valley, Arizona.
