Holly Hatch has been representing buyers and sellers in real estate since 1999. She began her real estate career representing clients in the Bay Area before relocating to Los Angeles in 2012. Affectionately known as the “Midcentury Modern Queen,” Hatch has a passion for architecturally significant properties and has represented several in her nearly 25-year career. In addition to understanding the latest home technology, she has extensive knowledge of the properties, schools and amenities in each of L.A.’s distinctive neighborhoods. She runs a Facebook outreach page to support victims of domestic violence and also supports and volunteers with the Calabasas High School sports teams.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Chris Johnson has more than 20 years of expertise in the Los Angeles and Orange County real estate markets, with experience in luxury residences as well as investment and commercial properties. His career began in finance, where he managed large holdings in bonds, mortgages and other real estate investments. He has successfully spearheaded real estate-focused branding and marketing initiatives and was a partner in one of the top-producing Orange County brokerages. During that time, he started a residential real estate appraisal business and assessed the value of hundreds of homes in the Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Riverside counties. He is an active volunteer with veteran foundations and Habitat for Humanity.
