Robbins began his real estate career as a top-producing sales associate, excelling for several years before transitioning into leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions, including team leader roles at Keller Williams (KW) La Jolla, KW Hollywood Hills and KW Beverly Hills. He also served as the executive team leader for KW Advisors, overseeing five offices, where he further honed his skills in coaching and consulting agents and teams to scale their businesses. He has also owned and managed several real estate ventures, including KW offices in Downtown Los Angeles and Eagle Rock, as well as Cal West Escrow.
