Led by Caralee Angell, who holds broker licenses in both Oregon and Washington, Angell & Co also includes Tori Buck and Cloie Surgeon. Angell will be a Principal Broker in Oregon and Washington and Buck will be a Broker in Oregon and Washington.

A licensed broker since 2006, Angell holds extensive knowledge of virtually all types of properties including luxury, condos, foreclosures, short sales and bare land. Outside the office, she teaches real estate classes for real estate professionals in Oregon on the topics of ethics, law, buyers, sellers, negotiations and contracts. She also enjoys volunteering at the Food Bank.
A licensed real estate broker, Buck is formally trained in customer service, sales and high-stakes negotiation. She aims to provide a smooth and transparent experience throughout the buying and selling process. A Portland native, she has invaluable insight into the ever-changing city, including neighborhoods, zoning laws, schools and housing trends.
An executive assistant to Angell & Co, Surgeon is in the process of obtaining her broker’s license. With a strong emphasis on marketing, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery within the dynamic team environment. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing, she provides invaluable support and leadership.
