Linda Humason has affiliated with the Vancouver West office of Coldwell Banker Bain as a real estate broker, joining Carol Murray and Partners, and comes to the office with over 10 years of real estate experience in southwest Washington.
“Over the past ten years, I have had multiple surgeries and countless physical therapies to repair the damage from an accident and become physically able to show homes again. I have gone from not being able to walk 100 feet without extreme pain to literally climbing mountains now,” said Humason. “After much healing, I have returned to my roots as a broker to do what I have always loved best: helping people with their real estate needs.”
When she worked for Century 21 Cascade Pacific, she was presented with the Century 21® Quality Client Service Pinnacle Producer award five times and at the time was the only agent in her company’s office to ever have won this honor and one of only eleven Century 21 agents to earn the award in her sales region of Washington and Oregon. She holds a general Associate of Arts and an Associate of Arts in business administration, both with honors, from Clark College. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and finance with cum laude honors from Washington State University’s (WSU) Vancouver campus.
Currently, she volunteers as a committee member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for the Clark County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) and has been on the CCAR Education Committee in the past. Humason is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary Post 7824 in Vancouver, which she attends with her father, Harry Humason, a 98-year-old World War II veteran. She also volunteers as a committee member of the Community Military Appreciation Committee (CMAC) and is a member of the Association of Northwest Steelheaders Columbia River chapter, The Fallen Outdoors Portland, and the Washington Trails Association. Humason is currently a silver-level sponsor of the DogPaw Off-Leash Dog Parks. She participated in the WSU College Access Program as a student at WSU. In the past, she has volunteered with the Evergreen Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Committee, PeaceHealth Southwest, Meals on Wheels, the Vancouver Free Fridge Project, Share House, as well as Fur and Feathers Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation.
