Wayne Stephens has affiliated with the Edmonds office of Coldwell Banker Bain as a real estate broker and comes to the office with over seven years of real estate experience. Previously, he was the Principal Managing Broker for the Redmond, Issaquah and Capitol Hill offices of Coldwell Banker Bain. Recently, he earned a real estate license in Arizona. A veteran, Stephens served in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1979.
“Coldwell Banker Bain is home for me, so I could not see myself with any other brokerage,” said Stephens.
Before working in real estate, he owned Armadillo Consignment Inc. for 10 years and worked for PEMCO Insurance Companies for 22 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical dependency counseling from Seattle University. He has been involved with Business Networking International and the Real Estate Staging Association as well as served as director of the Seattle King County Board of REALTORS® and a board member of Run to Win Kids Camps.
