Joshua Carmona, also known as the award-winning radio personality, Crisco Kidd, has affiliated with the Tempe/Ahwatukee office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. He comes to the office with seven years of real estate experience. A radio personality for 25 years, his No. 1-rated show is heard weekday afternoons on 101.1 The Bounce in Phoenix and weekends on SiriusXM’s Pitbull’s Globalization.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations with a minor in marketing from the University of Houston and a Master of Public Administration and public policy certificate from Arizona State University. He also earned the following certifications and designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation, the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD), RRC- Luxury Homes (LHC) certifications, Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) and Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA). Active in his community, he is the current sponsorship director for the Greater Phoenix chapter of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® and serves on the North Mountain Village Committee for the City of Phoenix.
