Most recently, he was the designated broker for AGM Real Estate Group LLC, where he headed up their residential division and was responsible for brokerage related activities in the leasing and property management divisions. Before that, he served as a top producing agent, designated broker and educator for Windermere Real Estate for 16 years.

Short holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington and has been an instructor with the REALTORS® Association since 2013. Passionate about helping others, he serves as the head of the local Knights of Columbus Chapter as the grand knight, supporting several local and national charities like St Jude's, The Sophia Way, PorchLight, Jubilee Reach and the Archdiocese of Seattle Seminarians.
