Connie Bills and Tahona Epperson have associated with the Sedona office of Coldwell Banker Realty as affiliate agents and come to the office with 20 years of real estate experience. Both started partnering around 2006 and have become the BE Real Estate Pros team. Previously, Bills was part owner of Arizona Telephone and worked installing phone systems for businesses throughout Verde Valley and Prescott, and Epperson worked for a timeshare company in operations as the room night inventory manager for five resorts.

Bills holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Texas State University, and Epperson holds an administrative professional certification from Burdett Secretarial School in Boston and a residential interior planner certification from the AI Institute of Pennsylvania. Epperson has also earned the following designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). Currently, both contribute food to the Verde Valley Neighborhood Food Project in collaboration with Manzanita Outreach and have volunteered for the Verde Valley Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for over 10 years. With many years of leadership experience, Epperson currently sits on the professional standards committee and risk management committee for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and has been president of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® in 2012 and 2016 as well as served on the board of directors and as chair of the board in 2018 for the Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce.
