A multitasking maven in her own right, Coleen Novak spent over twenty years managing high-profile music artists, including Sarah McLachlan and Barenaked Ladies, before pivoting into the real estate realm. She successfully segued her talent for coordinating multi-million-dollar tours, album campaigns and entertainment careers into a thriving real estate business. Strategic, resourceful, and exceedingly honest, she takes a hands-on approach to guiding clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident. Born and raised on the West Coast of Canada, she hopscotched the globe during her music manager career from New York to London to Toronto landing in Los Angeles.
With a rich history rooted in the Bay Area, Sasha Darling (licensed as Sasha Wingate) is a creative force and real estate maven. She owns homes in Joshua Tree and Altadena for their proximity to nature, diverse home styles and creative neighbors. Her journey into real estate evolved organically from her experience owning the boutique BellJar in Los Feliz and working with clients designing homes. With a fine art degree, keen eye for interiors and MFA, she brings a distinctive perspective to home buying and selling. Beyond her impressive real estate portfolio, she has earned multiple design awards and worked for the San Francisco Opera.
Originally hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Jayna Finucane ventured into real estate in 2020 with a BFA in photography and marketing. With a genuine passion for helping others climb the real estate ladder, she focuses on serving all of Los Angeles with an emphasize on first-time homebuyers. Her passion for Los Angeles stems from its unique offering of everything one could desire – great restaurants, entertainment, perfect weather and breathtaking nature.
Toronto-born Elysia Hangfu grew up with a Chinese dad and a Serbian mom, fueling her appreciation for different cultures. After earning her design degree in the U.S., she immersed herself in Chicago's music scene, gaining recognition, including features on After Ellen and opening for top electronic acts. In 2015, craving sunshine, she followed her passion for music and design to Los Angeles, working as a set designer in film and TV. Her interest in architecture and interior design led her to real estate.
