Priscilla Schmidt has affiliated with the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Commercial as an associate agent and comes to the office with five years of real estate experience. Most recently, she was the vice president of sales for Gallegos & Associates Realty, a national firm focused on hospitality properties.
“I bring twenty years of high-level sales, revenue generation and business consulting experience to my real estate work with business owners and investors,” said Schmidt. “I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Commercial because the brokerage has massive reach, international notoriety and extensive tools that enable agents and brokers to best serve clients and represent the industry. The company understands the principle of having boots on the ground for all of our clients, and this, combined with presence and tools, offers our clients an edge - whether they are selling, holding or buying.”
Schmidt holds a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology with an emphasis in social linguistics and processes as well as minors in economics and Spanish literature from the University of Oregon. In addition, she has an advanced certification in the Spanish language from the Official School of Languages in Malaga, Spain, and a professional certification in fundraising from Portland State Community College. Passionate about helping others, she supports Southern Arizona's Animal Food Bank and is an advocate for raising awareness of Traumatic Brain Injuries.
