As part of Coldwell Banker’s nationwide Homes for Dogs Project, the Fountain Hills office of Coldwell Banker Realty teamed up with local nonprofit, Rescue Pals, to host a successful pet adoption event that brought the community together for a great cause. The event resulted in the adoption of two deserving dogs and raised an impressive $3,127 to support Rescue Pals’ ongoing mission. The event was a true community effort. Local small businesses generously donated themed gift baskets for an opportunity drawing, adding excitement and local flavor to the day. Glen Groetsch, an affiliate agent with the Fountain Hills office, also contributed by selling branded shirts and hats from his benice.period apparel line, donating all proceeds to the cause.
“We loved seeing the community come together to make a difference for these great pups,” said Amanda Thomason, branch manager of the Fountain Hills and North Scottsdale offices of Coldwell Banker Realty.
Currently, Rescue Pals is caring for six adoptable dogs. The funds raised will help provide each pup with a safe space at Pal’s Inn, nutritious food, and essential veterinary care as they await their forever homes.
Christine Schaeken, co-founder of Rescue Pals, shared, “Coldwell Banker did a fantastic job and went above what any of us ever expected at the fantastic fundraiser and adoption event they did for Rescue Pals.”
Through its Homes for Dogs Project, Coldwell Banker Realty remains committed to supporting local animal rescue organizations like Rescue Pals.
