Robert “Bobby” Pacheco has associated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. Previously, he was an agent with Keller Williams. Currently, he also works for the United States Postal Service as a Motor Vehicle Services (MVS) / TTO Operator and is certified to drive and operate all classes of USPS postal vehicles, from delivery trucks to full-size tractor-trailers, each requiring specialized licensing and skill.
“I was born and raised right here in Arizona and know this state extremely well. I live in Mesa and work out of the Coldwell Banker North Scottsdale office, located directly across from the Scottsdale USPS station, where I begin my daily routes,” said Pacheco. “For now, I know I’m exactly where I belong: helping people navigate real estate with the same loyalty, discipline and purpose that guided me in uniform.”
Before working in real estate, he served 16 years in Arizona law enforcement as a detective, field training officer and AZPOST general instructor, training police officers on the streets and at the academy with a focus on practical field operations, accountability and community safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science in public administration and completed an American Bar Association (ABA)–approved Paralegal Program. Through Coldwell Banker, he partners with organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Paws with a Cause, among other charitable foundations.
