Jacob Webb has associated with the Tucson-Foothills office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. Previously, he worked in marketing for various insurance brokerages, including Greenstein & Company and Arkana. While at Greenstein & Company, he ran marketing for Alex Greenstein, who helped spearhead a program for the Navajo Nation that generated more than $110 million in net benefits for the tribe. Webb has worked in property media and marketing for the real estate industry for over a decade.
“Over the past decade, I have photographed and captured media for more than 3,000 residential and commercial properties across Southern Arizona, Texas and New York, working with hundreds of real estate agents along the way. I am also a licensed drone pilot and have produced aerial and commercial media for companies including Rent.com, Starbucks, Home Depot and others. My experience has given me a strong understanding of how properties are presented, marketed and discovered by buyers,” said Webb. “I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty because of its long-standing reputation, strong marketing resources and the professionalism of the office here in Tucson. Recently, Webb launched Off Market Studio, a high-quality real estate media and marketing service. He attended a film school in London, where he studied filmmaking and visual storytelling. Since then, he has continued investing in professional training and technical certifications related to media production and aerial imaging. In addition to being a licensed remote drone pilot, Webb has completed training workshops focused on advanced drone technology, including LiDAR and RTK mapping systems. He has also studied film and participated in filmmaking workshops sponsored by Kodak in Austin, Texas, and has volunteered at Fantastic Fest, the largest genre film festival in North America.
