Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced Buzz Carr as the new assistant manager of its Scottsdale at 101 and Scottsdale at Pinnacle Peak offices. He comes to the office with extensive experience in banking, commercial finance and legal documentation.

Prior to becoming the new assistant manager, he was an affiliate agent with the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Furthermore, he holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Arizona. Active in his community, he serves on the board of missions group at Open Door Fellowship Church and has volunteered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization that builds beds for families that do not have beds for their children.
