On April 20 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the Carlsbad office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is inviting community members to its ninth annual Free Shredding Community Event at its office, which is located at 7020 Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad, Calif.
