Brian Freeman, branch manager of the Encinitas/ La Costa and Rancho Santa Fe offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has won the San Diego Manager of the Year Award for 2018 from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He currently oversees 89 affiliate agents with the Encinitas/La Costa office and 55 affiliate agents with the Rancho Santa Fe office.

A native of Placentia, Calif., Freeman attended California State University, Fullerton. He began his real estate career in 2005 as a residential sales agent. During his first year, he formed his real estate team to include a buyer’s agent, marketing director and an executive assistant. Furthermore, he received the Rookie of the Year award within his office, which included more than 250 agents. After finding his passion in teaching, training and mentoring other real estate agents, he became a branch leader for another national real estate firm.
