Fa Karamzadeh, the branch manager of the Huntington Beach office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has won the Distinguished Achievement Award for Orange County and Riverside County in 2018, which is presented by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to the manager who has improved important metrics and moved the needle under strong adversity and challenges in their local market and/or office.

No stranger to success, Karamzadeh has consistently been part of Coldwell Banker NRT President's Council, and under his leadership, his office has won the International Diamond Society Office Award and Premier Office Bronze Office Award from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. As the manager of Huntington Beach office, he has overseen the office’s yearly Toys for Tots Drive and Food Drive for Second Harvest Food Bank.
In 2017, Karamzadeh came to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from First Team Huntington Beach North, where he grew the office to a half a billion dollars in production, adding $200 million in production from 2015 through the end of 2016. He began his real estate career 22 years ago during college in the marketing department of Coast Newport Properties, later acquiring his real estate license and growing his successful real estate business.
