This is the most expensive sale in 2019 so far
Florence Mattar, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist affiliated with the Beverly Hills North office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, represented the buyer in the purchase of a Bel Air property for $45,000,000. The listing was held by Williams & Williams Estate Group, Hilton & Hyland Real Estate Inc. and Aaron Kirman Partners. Located at 281 Bentley Circle in Los Angeles, the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom and approximately 20,000-square-foot home is on a more than a one-acre lot.
“The allure of this grand estate is apparent in photos and is further amplified when experienced in person,” said Mattar. “A masterpiece in its own right, this estate truly offers all the luxuries one can desire in Los Angeles.”
Some of the estate’s highlights include a 20-person movie theatre, gym, 16-car garage, tennis court, 200-foot circular infinity pool and a spa. In addition to purchasing the $45 million estate, the buyer purchased the neighboring property 201 S. Bentley, known as the Hammerman Residence, for $7,500,000, which was designed by architect Richard Neutra in 1954. The additional home will house the buyer’s staff.
