Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sales Associate Named Among Top Young Real Estate Professionals in the World
Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC announced that Bryce Pennel, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist affiliated with the Beverly Hills South office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was named to the Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the 92,000 independent real estate professionals affiliated with approximately 3,100 offices in 44 countries and territories. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.
“I have always had a passion for real estate, design and architecture. However, I was groomed to pursue a career in finance from an early age. Although I was very happy with my achievements and my projected career path, I did feel there was a missing component. A chance meeting with the legendary Jade Mills led me to depart from my career in finance and enter the world of real estate, and I could not be happier with the outcome,” said Pennel. “Real estate in Los Angeles is a competitive industry and one that allows me to tap into my background in finance and investment strategy while simultaneously allowing me to think outside-of-the-box and excel for my clients.”
No stranger to success, Pennel received the 2017 Coldwell Banker International Rookie of the Year Award and was in the Top 1% of Agents Worldwide in 2018. Before working in real estate, he worked for Morgan Stanley as the youngest financial advisor associate in the history of the company. An over-achiever from a young age, he graduated in only three years from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Active in his community and passionate about giving back, he supports the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, The Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles and the World Wildlife Fund.
