On Oct. 7, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage opened a new office onsite at Ironwood Country Club, which is located at 73730 Irontree Dr. in Palm Desert, Calif.

Moving forward, there will be affiliate agents on-site at the country club to aide in the selling of homes in the neighborhood.
