Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced Matthew Hauk as the new branch manager of all Temecula Valley offices. He will oversee both the Temecula-Vail Ranch and Murrieta offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Prior, he was an affiliate agent with the Irvine office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where he ran a successful business and was a part of the relocation team. Before that, he was a business owner of a small internet marketing company and had information technology and management roles with UPS for 13 years. Furthermore, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on e-marketing from the University of Phoenix. Active in his community, he has coached and volunteered at his local little league for more than eight years and donates to the Wounded Warrior Project.
