For the eighth consecutive year, the Beverly Hills North and South offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hosted a successful Day of Giving for Thanksgiving where $6,642 was raised for the Veteran's Administration and 275 free turkey dinners were provided to military veterans and their families at the Veteran's Administration Campus in Westwood, Calif. Marcia Taylor, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist affiliated with the Beverly Hills North office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, started the tradition of donating turkey dinners to veterans eight years ago and has led the donation every year.
“In addition to raising $6,642 for the Veteran's Administration, we provided 275 turkeys along with gravy, stuffing and vegetables to veterans and their family,” said Taylor. “Every year, we work with the outreach program at the Veteran's Administration to ensure that the turkeys go to needy veterans who have returned from service. It is truly our pleasure to honor our veterans and their families with a Thanksgiving feast for them to enjoy.”
For the past eight years, the Beverly Hills North office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has supplied almost 300 turkeys yearly.
