On Dec. 4, the Temecula Vail Ranch and Murrieta offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage partnered with Temeku Cinemas and successfully collected more than 500 toy donations for the United States Marine Reserves Toys for Tots Foundation at the family movie night event. Attendees donated a new, unwrapped toy and received free admission to the movie, free promotional popcorn, treats and a visit with Santa.
“We had a great event despite the rain! We collected more than 500 toys at our Toys For Tots Movie Night Drive,” said Matthew Hauk, branch manager for all the Temecula Valley offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “There were tons of cookies, brownies, cupcakes and other treats, and Santa was there to spend time with kids and take photos. Our local Chick-Fil-A also brought more than 200 sandwiches and the Chick-Fil-A Cow.”
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
