Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced Silva Mirzoian as the new branch manager of its Palm Springs office. With more than 32 years of real estate experience, she has managed successful offices in other luxury markets such as Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills.

A real estate professional since 1984, Mirzoian is often consulted by members of the law, international business clients as well as banking and entertainment communities regarding real estate transactions and development. Since 2002, she has provided real estate sales training to REALTORS® directly and through the Board of REALTORS® in the U.S. and Australia. At the same time, she has also conducted seminars and provided personal and professional coaching to homeowners/buyers regarding real estate ownership. In 2008, The Los Angeles Business Journal named her “Leader in the Real Estate Industry.”
No stranger to success, she has been included in the International Who's Who of Women and Women in Film lists. Active in her community, she is a founding member of the Women in Real Estate Council in Beverly Hills as well as a member of the Beverly Hills Toastmaster and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, which honored her with The Advocate Business Woman of the Year award. Passionate about helping others, she runs her foundation, Passions & Dreams Funding, which partners with several other foundations and causes related to children and animals.
