Coldwell Banker Realty has announced Andy Stern as the new branch manager of its Malibu Colony office. For the past four years, he has served as the manager of the Malibu West office and will now oversee both.

Stern started working in real estate after more than two decades of experience as a lawyer, business executive and real estate owner. When a real estate agent, he was consistently a top producer and earned the International President's Elite Award for sales in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. Active in his community, he was the mayor of Malibu twice and has served on the Malibu City Council for eight years as well as on the Malibu Planning Commission and the Los Angeles County Beach Commission. He was also the recipient of the 2010 Malibu Citizen of the Year Award.
