Richard Eldred has left Compass and returned to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent with its Palos Verdes office.
“Eldred Group is excited to be back at Coldwell Banker. For 2020, we are looking forward to getting back to basics and focusing on our clients’ needs. We will be limiting the number of clients we work with on an annual basis, so that we are able to offer each client our white glove service. We will be personally handling every aspect of selling their homes, including all buyer tours, open houses and marketing,” said Eldred.
A consistent top 10 producing agent in Manhattan Beach throughout his real estate career, Eldred’s net sales were more than $25 million in 2016 when he was an affiliate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. With more than a decade of experience as a financial analyst at top Wall Street firms, he opened the first office for Compass in the South Bay in 2017.
“Last year we sold our home in South Redondo and moved our family to Palos Verdes. It was a great reminder of the excitement and challenges our clients go through when selling a home,” said Eldred. “Trying to keep our home showcase ready with a toddler was challenging to say the least. However, with 10 years of experience in real estate and having personally been through the selling and buying process ourselves several times, we created a detailed plan to help make this process as easy as possible for our clients. Our home sold in five days at over asking price. Our process works!”
