On Feb. 13, Coldwell Banker Realty hosted 250 affiliate agents at its Greater Los Angeles Education Expo, a part of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Core 4 values, which focuses on production, culture, wealth and coaching.

At the event, attendees were able to hear about the 2020 company vision from Jamie Duran, received information on what to expect in 2020 from Joe Mamone, regional vice president of the Greater Los Angeles Region of Coldwell Banker Realty, were given some tips on the best pathway to success from Michael Zemenick, professional real estate sales instructor with Coldwell Banker Realty, learned about the national marketing strategy from Mike Fischer, chief marketing officer for The Studio of Coldwell Banker Realty, learned from fellow agents on how to turn one listing into three with Listing Concierge, enjoyed free lunch, received a legal review from Mike Hull, vice president and general counsel for Coldwell Banker Realty Southern California, heard advice on risk management in 2020 from Tony Papillo, Southern California broker of record for Coldwell Banker Realty, and finished off the day with a cocktail reception.
