Diana Mendoza has returned to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent with its Tempe-Ahwatukee office. She comes to the office with five years of real estate experience.

I love the process of a home sale and helping families reach their goal,” said Mendoza. “I am knowledgeable in both sales and managing the documentation of a real estate transaction because I have several years of experience as a transaction coordinator.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, she was an agent with neXGen Real Estate. Before that, she worked at the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty. Fluent in Spanish, she holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from California State University, Los Angeles. An Arizona resident since 2012, she specializes in and serves the areas of South Mountain, Laveen, Avondale, Tolleson, Goodyear, Buckeye, Tonopah, El Mirage, Surprise and Phoenix.
