Bill Cooper, Elizabeth Lande and Jonathan Yuen have left Compass and associated with the Downtown Los Angeles office of Coldwell Banker Realty as affiliate agents.

A leader in Downtown Los Angeles, Bill Cooper is one of the founders and the current president of the Los Angeles Downtown Real Estate Association as well as a member of the Central City Association of Los Angeles. Active in his community, he serves on the board of the Society for the Preservation of Downtown Los Angeles and Pershing Square Park Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Southern California. He was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker.

Elizabeth Lande holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Fine Arts from the Yale School of Drama, and she is in the process of completing a Master of Real Estate Development with a focus on finance and international markets from Georgetown University. Active in her community, she served on the board of The Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ+ Film Festival and has been a major donor for 10 years.

Jonathan Yuen was previously with Coldwell Banker for four years, spent one year at Compass and returned to Coldwell Banker. In the first quarter of 2020, he had $10 million in sales volume. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
