Coldwell Banker Realty has announced Tamara Robinson as the new regional vice president of the greater Los Angeles coastal region. She joins the company’s Southern California regional vice president leadership team of Joe Mamone and Brad Pearson.

A seasoned real estate executive, Robinson has a track record in leading and launching real estate franchises, consulting top-performing sales teams, managing recruitment and growing revenue. Most recently, she was the chief officer and team leader at Keller Williams Santa Monica for nearly 16 years. She also simultaneously served as the area director of the California Inland Empire Region, MAPS Leadership Coach as well as operating principal and investor of a franchise with escrow ownership. Active in her community, she has previously served as a Board of REALTORS® State Delegate and continues to be a spokesperson for women in leadership and an advocate for housing for the underemployed and veterans. She has held a broker’s license in multiple states and has pursued several designations and memberships with various professional and real estate-related organizations at the local, state and national levels.

An award-winning team leader, she persuaded 122 agents to join her office with nearly 40 of them producing between $2 and $123 million in annual closed sales volume. As area director of the California Inland Empire Region, she managed a regional team leading 21 franchise locations with nearly 3,600 agents, which closed 12,938 units with $6.65 billion in sales volume in 2019.
