Andy Sabo has associated with the Rancho Bernardo office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. He comes to the office with eight years of commercial real estate loans and hard money experience.
“Most of my career has been based on helping my customers and consulting. As a real estate agent, I consultant and help my clients manage the sale or purchase of their home. My finance, marketing and economics experience give me unique qualifications for providing value to sellers, buyers and investors in a competitive market,” said Sabo.
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, he was an independent consultant for the past 25 years. Before that, he had a commercial real estate lending business, TOP 10 Funding LLC, a marketing business, Marketing Slayer Media, and was a software developer at Saboware Corp. and consultant with Booz Allen in the Economic Business Analysis group. He also did software development projects for Hewlett Packard, Chevron and the Bank of Hawaii. He was a faculty member at the University of Phoenix at the Honolulu and Kapolei campuses, teaching accounting, web design, programming and systems analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in entrepreneurial studies from Hawaii Pacific University, a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Hawaii Pacific University and an electronics technician diploma from DeVry University. Active in his community, he taught fourth and fifth-grade children bible study in the AWANA program for four years, volunteers for his church and has done missionary work in India and China.
